A new process for residential single and two-family dwelling building permits at Burnaby City Hall has drastically reduced wait times for applicants, as the City of Burnaby continues to overhaul its development approvals processes to better serve residents and businesses.

Starting on October 16, Burnaby residents will experience significantly shorter wait times when calling Burnaby RCMP’s non-emergency line, as the City launches a Burnaby-based Non-Emergency Call Centre.

Burnaby residents who registered for more than 4,700 activities and programs this fall benefited from a much-improved user experience thanks to the launch of City’s new, online WebReg system.
