By submitting this agreement, I confirm that I wish to place a camera ready ad in the Activity Guide, published by the City of Burnaby.
Follow up obligations
I agree to submit camera ready artwork as per guidelines and the seasonal deadlines noted on the City of Burnaby website. Should I wish to cancel this agreement once confirmed, I understand that I may be obligated to pay for the entire cost of the ad that I originally reserved.
Payment obligations

I further agree to pay, in full, all charges upon receipt of invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid, advertising in future Activity Guide issues will be suspended until the account is in good standing.
