We want to hear your input on the City's five-year financial plan to ensure our priorities reflect those of our citizens.  

The Financial Plan Highlights document focuses on operating impacts responsible for the change in tax rates. The document also highlights major capital projects funded by the City’s reserve funds and reserves.

Burnaby’s budget planning process

Burnaby’s budget planning process took place over 5 Special Council meetings between Council and various City departments. Videos of the Special Council meetings are available as follows:
