Registrations for summer camps opens in April

Children and youth can stay active, creative, and have fun this summer as the city opens priority registrations for summer camps at 10 am, April 3 for Burnaby residents and at 10 am, April 6 for the general public.

These camps will run at Burnaby recreation centres, local parks, Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, Burnaby Art Gallery and Burnaby Village Museum with a focus on games, crafts, fine arts and adventure. View our week-by-week schedule

Programs include:

  • Burnaby Summer Camps
  • Byrne Creek Outdoor Camp
  • Camp Madawaska
  • Heritage Adventures
  • Wilderness Mash-Up Camp

Participants must be turning 6 years old in the calendar year the camp is being offered.

Spring programs open for registration

This spring, we have great programs for all ages. Relax in our evening Printmaking & Pinot series where you explore different printmaking techniques with an expert at the Burnaby Art Gallery, while enjoying your choice of pinot and snacks. You can also learn how to take amazing photos on your smartphone or enjoy a day on the water kayaking or canoeing.
