Burnaby, BC – In preparation for the launch of new WebReg (a new modern, online registration system for recreation, arts and heritage activities), the City’s current system will not be available from Sunday, July 16 from 8 pm to 6 am on Tuesday, July 18. - July 9: last day to reserve in advance for July 16 activities
- July 17-24: Drop-in classes only ("reserve in advance" not available)
- July 18: "Reserve in advance" resumes for July 25 activities
Fitness, Aquafit, yoga or cycling:
- July 14: last day to reserve in advance for July 16 activities
- July 17-19: Drop-in classes only (“reserve in advance” not available)

Last chance to update account information
As an email address is essential to access the new registration system online, the City is requesting current users to add their email to their existing account in the current WebReg system prior to July 16 at 8 pm—this will help make for a smoother transition of their account information to the new system. As well as email, users should check that their address, telephone numbers, birthdates and spellings of their family member’s names are all correct; ensure that the people listed within their account are still current; and use or redeem any refund credits that may exist on their account. Updates to their information can be made by filling out our webform, dropping by any recreation or arts facility or by giving one of the facilities a call.
In addition to the introduction of the new WebReg system, there will be changes to the City’s activity refund procedures and Be Active pass.
