City invites feedback on Burnaby Mountain Trail Management Plan

Last updated: May 2, 2024

The City of Burnaby is seeking input from residents to help shape the Burnaby Mountain Trail Management Plan.

Burnaby Mountain is a designated conservation area that protects our forests, wildlife, plant life and water systems. The 578-hectare conservation area is a significant site with unique ecosystems and is also popular with those who enjoy its natural beauty through bird watching, hiking and mountain biking on the 30km of recreational trail network.

The City of Burnaby is developing a trail management plan for Burnaby Mountain to balance conservation and recreation in this environmentally sensitive and well-loved natural park.
