Recent changes to City’s Rental Use Zoning and Child Care Action Plan policies provided an opportunity to revisit elements of the Brentwood Town Centre Development Plan and Brentwood Site Master Plan to provide more diverse housing options and social amenities on sites as well as look the land designation on how the land can be used.
