Join Naydely Martinez and learn about African Crafts using a mixed media approach. Using strings, beads, and pearls, create uniquely beautiful designs that reference African culture and traditions.
This workshop is organized by Culture Chats, BC Association alongside the non-profit organization, Alegria Soy and the City of Burnaby. Adult registration required for 6+ years.

Join African drumming instructor, Israel (Toto) Berriel, as he guides you through a dynamic, musical and enjoyable drumming workshop. All instruments provided.
This workshop is brought to you in partnership with the non-profit organization, Alegria Soy, as well as the City of Burnaby's Harmony for All program. The Alegria Soy Cultural and Community Society was founded to promote the culture, food, dances, and traditions of the different cultural groups that call the Edmonds community home.

Join Flamenco dancer and artist, Liat Harlev, of Lili Flamenco, as she teaches you the basics of Flamenco dance in an energetic and joyful style called "Rumba Flamenca". Rumba Flamenco originated from the Cuban rumba and, after it was brought to Spain, has evolved as a musical and dance style.
