Acclaimed American studio potter, Adam Field, is visiting the Shadbolt Centre October 4-6. Ideal for ceramics artists and pottery enthusiasts of all skill-levels! This demonstration will feature discussions about studio practice, aesthetics, materials, ceramic history, and promotion and marketing strategies for studio potters.

Adam will demonstrate methods for throwing, trimming and carving intricate patterns on a variety of wheel-thrown porcelain forms.
Nature Tradition: Onggi with Adam Field

Adam will demonstrate traditional Korean Onggi coil and paddle pottery techniques.
