You'll find Willingdon Community Centre nestled in Willingdon Heights Park in northwest Burnaby.

We offer weight and cardio rooms, fitness and lifestyle classes, a variety of preschool and children's classes and rental spaces.

New! Family Games Night

April 9, May 14 & June 11, 6-8:30 pm
6+ years. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times. $1 per person, drop-in.

Meet new people and play your favourite games like UNO, Banagrams, LIFE, Tapple, Monopoly Deal, Scrabble and plenty more. Everyone is welcome to bring their favourite game with them.

Do you have a toddler and looking for something fun to do? Join us for Tiny Tikes!

Together with your child, explore and play with a wide variety of toys. Your kids can enjoy ride-on toys, climbers, soccer, basketball and floor hockey.

Tiny Tikes details:

children 1-5 years (no charge)
children must be accompanied by at least one participating adult ($1.90 + tax per adult or Be Active Pass accepted)
pre mobile infants are welcome if they are in a stroller or a snuggly
drop-in only (first come first served up to a maximum of 30 people total)
Drop in payments begin 30 minutes prior to activity start time
schedule subject to change (not available on statutory holidays)

Facility features

Willingdon offers a full range of fitness equipment for cardio, upper body and lower body workouts.

There's specialized equipment for each type of workout.

Our gym serves many purposes–sports and games, a main hall for events and rentals, and recreation programming.

Enjoy the children's playground, zipline and wading pool just outside Willingdon Community Centre.

Room rentals are available to host a variety of events–choose from 2 multi-purpose rooms. They're ideal for events like meetings, or social events like family gatherings.

Parking

There are two designated parking stall provided in the surface parking lot accessed from Carelton Avenue.

Entry/Interior Access

Both entrances--the one on the southwest side of the building and the one on the northeast side--are equipped with automatic doors. An accessible pathway from the southwest parking lot has recently been improved. Showers are not accessible. The activity rooms are accessible.

Accessible washrooms are available.
