City invites feedback on proposed amendments to the Broadview Community Plan

Burnaby residents and businesses have the opportunity to provide input on proposed amendments to the Broadview Community Plan by June 21, 2024.  

The proposed amendments to the Broadview Community Plan are related to a rezoning application for 3300 Boundary Road, and 3718, 3732, 3744, and 3790 Canada Way. The proposed changes include mixed-use development in accordance with the City’s Rental Use Zoning Policy, with residential units above commercial uses, improved public spaces, increased height potential and enhanced connections through the site.

Get involved

Residents are invited to learn more about the proposed amendments and share their feedback by June 21, 2024, 5 pm. Input received will be included in a future report to Council.


About Broadview Community Plan 

The Broadview Community Plan area is one of Burnaby’s eleven Urban Villages which form part of the City’s Official Community Plan. Urban Villages are intended to accommodate non-Town Centre multifamily development and include a commercial component.
