Reminder: Swim lessons run rain or shine at outdoor pools. Please check the web page in advance as the pool will close if extreme weather—a notice will be posted by 10 am if we are closed.
Well-trained lifeguards and swim instructors are in high demand.
If you are a Burnaby resident, you can register for swimming lessons 30 days in advance of the start date. General registration opens 27 days in advance. This will provide more opportunities for swimming lesson registrations.

Children 7 years of age and younger and less than 122 centimetres (48 inches) tall, must be accompanied in the water by a person 16 years of age or older and be within arm's reach of that person at all times. The ratio of children to accompanying persons must be no greater than 3 to 1.
Water wheelchair and accessible parking is available for use.
