Well-trained lifeguards and swim instructors are in high demand.

New registration process for swim lessons

If you are a Burnaby resident, you can register for swimming lessons 30 days in advance of the start date. General registration opens 27 days in advance. This will provide more opportunities for swimming lesson registrations.

Pool features

6 lane, 22.86-metre (25 yards) with a depth of 1-3.5 metres (1-11 feet)
Pool temperature: 28.5-30°C (weather dependent)
1-metre diving board (closed until further notice)
Men's and women's change rooms
Men's and women's shower houses
Wading pool open 1-5 pm daily in summer, free admission

Children 7 years of age and younger and less than 122 centimetres (48 inches) tall, must be accompanied in the water by a person 16 years of age or older and be within arm's reach of that person at all times. The ratio of children to accompanying persons must be no greater than 3 to 1.

Accessible parking is available.
