Check out the wide range of activities for seniors offered at Burnaby’s recreation and cultural facilities. Burnaby residents get first chance to register for all Burnaby programs, and some Senior Society activities. General registration begins at a later date or time and varies depending on the program.

You can purchase a 55+ single centre or multi-centre membership to participate in 55+ programs and activities. Memberships offer access to senior associations where you can join groups and clubs, and you can register at member pricing for the City’s 55+ activities.
The single centre membership will allow you to participate in programs and activities at one centre of your choice. If you wish to participate at more than one centre, buy the multi-centre membership.

Purchase a Be Active Pass and enjoy unlimited access to a range of activities, including fitness classes geared towards active aging.
Active aging fitness classes are offered at Temporary Cameron, Charles Rummel, Confederation and Edmonds, or enjoy Zumba® Gold at Bonsor, a class for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
